General Excavating, subcontracted to Sapp Bros, installed four 20,000-gallon fiberglass tanks, one 6,000-gallon tank, cut the trenches for the product lines, set fourteen islands, and completed all the associated work on the new Sapp Bros. Travel Center and Carwash located in Columbus.
