Description of Work:
Design and install over 15,000 feet of 2" HDPE duct and 21,000 feet of 48-count fiber optic cable for 4 miles along a state highway.
Method of Construction:
Plowing and trenching were construction methods used to place the fiber optic cable. Directional bores were completed under roadways, under creeks and under driveways. Approximately 7,000 feet of bores were completed. Pre-fabricated quasi hand-holes were dug and placed every 2,500 feet.
