“It’s really a team effort when formulating a plan to construct each environmental project. It starts with a qualified design consultant and carries through to talented field staff and trade partners.” General Excavating has always been a leader in this type of work, so I lean on our project partners and employees,” explained Ken. Is your next project in need of environmental construction services? Soil Vapor Extraction Systems, Excavation of Lead Impacted Soil, and Boring Remediation System Piping are just a few of the projects General Excavating's environmental team have completed over the past 35 years. Working closely with highly qualified consultants across the region, General Excavating has been able to assist engineers, owners, developers, and general contractors with their environmental construction needs. Each site presents many questions from “How will the current owner be impacted?” to “Which remediation system will address the contamination problem?” To answer these questions, General Excavating is often brought in early to discuss solutions regarding disposal options, testing, application of permits, and alternate methods of construction.
